The entire team at Smile Magic was the absolute BEST. My girls needed dental work complete and they treated my entire family with so much kindness and respect. They went above and beyond to ensure that the girls were comfortable and happy. A great big thank you to the entire team. I’m truly appreciative of your kindness today.

Front office staff is rude. I was given misinformation from my insurance to take my 18yo here because her insurance has them listed as accepting adults under 25 and she stupidly replied oh she has adult teeth we do baby teeth. As if I don’t just explain to her this is the information the insurance has listed for under 25 above 18. Then she hangs up. Just fire the front staff because after reading the previous reviews I’m gladddddd yall do not accept my daughter.

Dr. Sharon is an excellent Doctor and both my kids had a pretty great experience with her. However, i would not at all rely on the treatment estimates given by the front desk. Very recent - my 6yr old needed dental crowns, initial est cost was arnd 350$ but I ended up paying 700+$. Another incident where she needed extraction, i was told my cost was 24$ which i paid upfront and later on i got a call fr pending bal of 113$. Dr Sharon is 100% recommended but i would do my due diligence before starting with any treatment plan.

Our first time at Smile Magic Dentistry! And 100% satisfied. My 6 year old had an appointment today and everything went so well. The staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter felt comfortable and enjoyed the play room in the waiting area and the movie played above the chair while she was getting her teeth cleaned. All the staff worked together for a very smooth appointment! You could tell that they care and have a great work environment! SO HAPPY we switched dentists and found Smile Magic! Thank you!

We started coming here when the children were younger and we lived closer. This is 5 years later and although we have moved to Loganville(about an hour away) I continue to make the drive because this place is FANTASTIC!! I can't say enough positive comments for Dr.Desouza and staff. I have 2 daughters and a special needs son whom loves this place. They are kind and understanding with my boy, and treat the girls with respect and age appropriate ideas(like tell them what they are doing well or not brushing enough). I appreciate this dental office and how they remember us and make us all feel special.
